Customer Reviews for Our Relievium Cream

user reviews

My wife has arthritis and every once in a while she asks me to rub some cream on her, usually on her arms or legs. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t, and we have tried all sorts of different creams and ointments. Well this Relievium works EVERY time! The pain goes away in a few minutes! And you need just a small amount to make it work so the bottle will last a long time!

“Best I’ve ever tried! Arthritis in my spine causes neck pain and sciatic pain. NSAIDs upset my stomach but were the only way to get relief. Since using Relievium, I have been able to reduce my NSAID intake and my pain has lessened considerably.”

“I love this product because it took the pain away almost immediately. I have sciatica and I cannot tell you how painful this ailment is. It is excruciating. I had been using Emu Oil, which worked sometime but the pain would never really go away. I have only been using this product for about 2 weeks. I don’t think I will ever be without it. I am ordering more today.”

“I was recommended this product by a friend of mine who has the same aches and pains as me! Mainly lower back (sciatic area), neck and shoulders!
I’ve used it now for a week just before going to bed. I have found that it has eliminated the nightly ibuprofen. I’ve also tried it on my hand which is getting arthritic and it gave me relief.
My husband is also using the cream for his shoulder which he strained in a fall.
Overall, I would recommend this product. I will always keep one in my medicine cabinet. “

“I personally don’t like chemical-based products and was keen to find a natural formula that would work for me. As an office worker, I spend long hours sitting in front of the PC screen. By the end of the day, my neck and low back are aching. I’ve also got Carpal tunnel syndrome, which has really been nagging me for long time of my PC-based career.

As I started to use the pain relief cream by Best Experience Lab, my wrist feels much better and I can work much longer hours without discomfort. I have also found it helpful for my neck and my lower back, especially because this cream gets absorbed very fast. Its pain relievingeffect is also much longer then from other similar products that I used before.
Well done, Best Experience Lab!”

“I get body pains after my hard workouts. So I have decided to try this one after lot of research. After first time use I was pretty impressed! My skin was not only very soft but looked significantly better after this one use! I also noticed there was no greasy, or oily residue or anything left over at all on my skin so I can just put my pants back on afterwards. I will be very excited to see what would come of it after using this product for an extended period of time. I will also use this product on other parts of my body (even if it’s not really needed) just because this feels really great on your skin/muscles! I would absolutely recommend this product if you have areas achy muscles that need some soothing.

“This cream is one of the best pain relief creams i have tried, and believe me with arthritis, spinal stenosis, and fibromyalgia, I have tried just about everything on the market. As it happened I had a bout of pain in my neck and left shoulder yesterday when this package came. I thought well great, i can try it out now, and being honest, not expecting much. Well, to my surprise, when i took it out of the airless pump dispenser, just a dab on my hand, a dab went quite a ways, I then rubbed it into my neck and shoulder where it hurt so bad. Within 5 minutes i had relief, withing 10 minutes, it was gone, the pain was totally gone, still had stiffness but no pain. I was in awe.

Now today, I still have no pain. To me, a person who is in pain almost every day of her life and no help out there except narcotics which i do not want to take, this is an awesome product and I would highly recommend it to anyone with pain. It come in a nice size container that travels with you, it can be taken on planes. It is manufactured in the USA, is approved by the FDA and is all natural. What more could one ask for in a pain reliever that works. I can not say enough good about it.”

“I suffer from severe, chronic neck, back, and shoulder pain. When this purchase arrived in the mail I was in a lot of pain. I’ve tried everything under the sun for relief including gels, creams, and sprays. I was skeptical and yet really hopeful that this would help. And I have to tell you it was miraculous! When I applied this cream it begin melting away my pain on contact. I was a little shocked to tell you the truth. It did have a slight odor that is typical for pain relieving creams. However, it was not offensive and vanished very quickly. I am so grateful to have found this product.

I highly recommend it for anyone with chronic pain. It will be your new best friend. I will definitely be buying this again.”

Best Natural Ways to Treat Osteoarthritis

Osteoarthritis is a painful condition affecting joint movement that gets worse as people age. It threatens the daily lives of tens of millions of Americans with no cure in sight. Traditional osteoarthritis treatments include medication, over-the-counter painkillers, and prescription drugs. Rarely do Western doctors turn to natural remedies to treat this type of degenerative disorder, but given the high incidence of pharmaceutical side-effects, should patients consider natural alternatives?

What is osteoarthritis?

Osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease of the joints most commonly affecting older people, but no one is safe from this condition. Common risk factors beyond age include obesity, previous joint injuries, and some genetic defects.

Healthy cartilage allows the bones to move freely from one position to the next, but, when the top layer of a diseased cartilage loses its ability to stretch, it is termed “arthritic”. As the cartilage within the joints becomes brittle and misshapen, joint injuries and loss of normal daily activities are common. The most common symptom of osteoarthritis is reduced range of movement.

Osteoarthritis is a “chronic” illness lasting many years if not forever. Because of this long-term prognosis, one needs to learn how to manage uncomfortable symptoms to have a good quality of life.

Best natural ways to treat osteoarthritis

Healthy, pain-free living may be achieved without visiting the pharmacy. Daily lifestyle changes make huge impact when managing chronic pain. There have been many innovative all-natural remedies studied over the last decade including but not limited to:

  • Natural Topical Treatments (Pain Relief Creams)
  • Physical Exercise
  • Massage
  • Electro-acupuncture (TENS Machines)
  • Chondroitin
  • Glucosamine
  • Celadrine
  • Herbal Oral Supplements

Leading medical experts have found natural remedies effective for the treatment against arthritis. Sufferers can manage pain by losing weight, taking supplements, and most recently, applying topical creams made with all-natural ingredients. These newly developed pain relief creams bring targeted delivery of active ingredients to reduce pain, swelling and inflammation without the side effects associated with NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs).

Naturally formulated pain relief creams and osteoarthritis

Many joint pain sufferers report unpleasant side effects like nausea, dizziness, and addiction when taking oral medications to manage osteoarthritis pain. They often feel trapped by the desire to lead an active lifestyle and the reality of chronic joint pain. As alternative medicines emerge, organic botanicals and herbal supplements are effectively transforming the pain management landscape.

More and more people with osteoarthritis are discovering relief in using anti-inflammatory, non-steroid and paraben-free creams like Relievium. This quick-absorbing high-potency all-natural cream reduces pain and inflammation allowing the user to restore joints’ range of movement thus feeling better, longer. Since the advanced formulas rely on natural ingredients as opposed to man-made chemicals, users report drastically reduced side effects. Additionally, the cream is very environmentally friendly.

The future for people with osteoarthritis looks very optimistic, as they can now take advantage of naturally formulated pain relief creams such as Relievium. And the good news is that achieving powerful symptom control in chronic muscle and joint pain is no longer reserved for the doctor’s office or the pharmacy.

Oral Pain Medication or Natural Topical Creams?

Severe pain in the body, caused by a range problems, can prove nearly impossible to live with. Every minute movement can exacerbate pain, and this can affect the quality of your life, as you begin to restrict movements and limit the amount of activities that you perform throughout the day.

Joint and muscle pain affects a large portion of the population, and if you actively participate in exercise, impact sports, activities such as yoga and pilates or tasks that involve lifting weights- then you may be familiar with joint pain. Similarly, if you suffer from arthritis, tennis elbow or   other conditions affecting musculoskeletal system then you may be experiencing a form of acute pain.

If this sounds familiar, then you may be searching for a form of pain relief to help you cope and get better. Joint and muscle pain relief is available, primarily, in two forms. You can either take oral medications, or apply a topical remedy, such as an anti-inflammatory cream. Both choices pose their own set of advantages, and below, we explore in detail whether there truly is a superior form of pain relief and what may be a more suitable option for you.

In Detail: Oral medication

Medications taken by mouth such as Ibuprofen, Tylenol, Tylenol with Codeine and Acetaminophen, are widely used and can be very effective for pain, because they release chemicals directly into your blood stream. However, they can also result in unwanted side effects.

Some possible negative effects that may manifest after prolonged use:

  • They can disrupt and ultimately harm the function of your liver;
  • They can irritate your stomach and can potentially cause problems that detract from the desired positive effects;
  • Depending on their strength, they can cause physical or psychological dependency.

If used correctly and in the short-term, oral pain relief treatments can provide the following advantages:

  • They can act quickly and effectively in times of unexpected acute or worsening chronic pain;
  • Tablets are easy to use, and you can take them by mouth on the go.

The Advantages of Topical Pain Relievers

Topical remedies, such as anti-inflammatory and analgesic creams, can provide targeted pain relief without affecting your internal organs. Many creams, such as MSM cream, Glucosamine cream and Celadrin cream, contain the same ingredients as tablets – but act externally as opposed to internally.

Some significant advantages of using topical pain relievers include:

  • Local application to the affected area means faster and more targeted action;
  • The natural ingredients in a topical formulation do not enter your bloodstream minimizing unwanted side-effects;

Generally, natural topical pain relievers do not pose any noteworthy disadvantages, except for a small minority of users who may have intolerance to individual ingredients.

Topical Vs. Oral: Which Is Best?

While both types of pain relief have significant advantages, and some disadvantages, more and more pain sufferers turn to topical creams as an alternative with the least associated risk.

Creams with natural organic ingredients, such as Relievium, efficiently target inflammation and swelling of muscles and joints while protecting and soothing your skin. The result is less pain, greater range of movement, and better quality of life – all without creating new undesirable and inconvenient effects.

7 Most Common Yoga Injuries and Ways to Recover

In the face of all the healing, relaxing, agility-improving and mentally expanding benefits that one can derive from the practice of Yoga, injuries still do occur. The original Asanas have long become merged with other forms such as Pilates and martial arts training to adapt to local conditions and cultural temperaments. Unfortunately, the very purpose of Asanas, which is to prepare the mind for meditation, is often forgotten. Yoga has become more than training to yoke the body, mind and spirit but rather the conditioning of the mind and body. Enthusiasm, the lack of common sense, and too often, a lack of guidance from a bona fide teacher, guru, or professional more often than not results in injuries.  Like all other forms of exercise, yoga requires a little bit of pre-workout muscle warming that is often neglected. Abrupt execution of certain poses creates problems such as:

1. Knee problems occur when doing such poses as the full lotus.  This posture forces the muscles to be extended, joints to be twisted beyond their usual range of movement, and bones to be subjected to strain.  Knee damage happens when the lotus pose is adopted without first working towards flexibility of the leg and hip muscles. One can support the knees with a Rehband knee sleeve, and this can also be used for knee pain relief. This is a neoprene sleeve, which gives the knee the compression and warmth without deterring flexibility in movements in yoga exercises.

2. Hamstring injuries including pulled muscles occur just below the sit bone. In yoga, these usually do not happen suddenly, unlike in running. The tendons undergo micro-tears over several practice sessions until one small stretching movement such as bending forward to reach the toes finally pushes it beyond its remaining capacity. This can result in a massive injury. A pulled hamstring happens when the yoga practitioner pulls their sole to the back of the head without proper guidance. Sadly, imitating a limber yogi on video does it a lot for unpractised people. One of the best ways to ease the soreness is through TENS unit for pain relief. Transcutaneous Electric Nerve Stimulation (TENS) works well to ease localized pain through the use of gentle electric current applied to skin surface. You can control the amount of current used for pain relief.

3. A lower back damage happens when one does not maintain proper posture while doing forward and backward bends. A lower back support belt does the trick in keeping the back straight and supporting it in bending positions preventing strains and cushioning it when straightening up.

4. Rotator Cuff and other shoulder injuries happen when yoga poses such as the plank and the crocodile where the knees are off the floor and where the lower half of the body is unsupported except by the hand and shoulders. Ultrasound machine therapy (that delivers deep heat to the muscles and joints) can be used as pain relief for shoulder injuries.

5. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, tendonitis and other wrist injuries happen when the wrists are used to carry the weight of the entire body, while the forearm is contracted over the wrist, such as in the downward dog pose, crow pose, the plank or chaturanga. Tiny tears can happen in the muscles and ligaments from repeated practice. Abrupt execution of these poses can also result in a sprained wrist. As the weight of the body is shifted to the hands partly or fully, the wrist becomes vulnerable even to a slip of the hands on the mat.

6. Elbow injuries. Elbow is a very important link in the shoulder to wrist chain of alignment. When the wrist is supporting the weight of your body, so are the elbow and the shoulder. Examples of yoga poses are side plank and chaturanga (lower push-up position).An elbow support, such as an elbow sleeve, forearm wrap, or arm sling, may help rest your elbow joint. They can also relieve stress on your forearm muscles and protect your joints during daily activities. As well as these orthopedic devices, you can significantly speed up injury recovery and healing by gently massaging inflamed areas with a natural topical pain reliever, which will reduce any swelling and joint discomfort while encouraging blood flow.

7. Neck Injuries. When a practitioner overdoes poses that do not support the head, neck problems are bound to happen. The shoulder stand, the plow and the headstand should not be done on tight muscles and without supervision from an expert.

Often, yoga injuries can be healed by yoga when done properly and gently.  Certain postures, such as ones where the knee is extended and held rigid, need not be followed to the letter when there is pain. Bending the knees a bit, while doing forward seating body bends can enhance knee pain relief and reduce swelling in the joints to allow them to recover. Oral medications take time to take effect, and topical creams can often relieve pain faster. A natural pain relief cream such as Relievium made from all organic ingredients can help the pain and soreness before and after yoga sessions. This topical remedy penetrates deeply into muscles and joints for fast and efficient alleviation of pain, inflammation and discomfort.

Remember, the true goal of yoga exercises is to prepare the mind for meditation. Meditation is geared towards finding your unity with the rest of the Universe. Do not be afraid to explore but do so for this purpose while taking good care of your body. Yoga calls for fluidity in movements as we unite mind, body and spirit.
